به گزارش خبرنگار مرکز ارتباطات و اطلاع‌رسانی معاونت علمی، فناوری و اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان ریاست جمهوری، سهیل دادخواه، سرپرست بنیاد توسعه کسب‌وکار دانشگاه علم و فرهنگ با بیان اینکه مدرسه فریلنسری با شعار «تجربه دنیایی متفاوت با توسعه اکوسیستم فریلنسری ایران» در راستای گسترش اشتغال جوانان در عصر دیجیتال با رویکرد آینده مشاغل به دنبال ترویج فرهنگ فریلنسری، توانمندسازی فریلنسرها و توسعه اکوسیستم فریلنسری کشور است؛ اظهار داشت: این اقدام به دنبال توجه ویژه به نیازها و آینده کارآفرینی در کشور شکل گرفته است تا امکانات آموزشی و پشتیبانی برای افرادی که به دنبال راهکارهای نوآورانه و خلاقانه در حوزه فریلنسری هستند، فراهم شود.
سرپرست بنیاد توسعه کسب‌وکار دانشگاه علم و فرهنگ درباره خدمات قابل‌ارائه این مدرسه به پلتفرم‌ها، فریلنسرها، مدرسان و کارفرمایان، گفت: خدمات به پلتفرم‌ها در قالب هدایت کارفرمایان به سمت پلتفرم‌ها، توسعه و ترویج فرهنگ فریلنسری، ترغیب کارفرمایان به واگذاری خدمات به فریلنسرها، ترغیب افراد به فریلنسرشدن، هدایت فریلنسرها به پلتفرم‌ها است.
وی ادامه داد: همچنین خدمات به فریلنسرها نیز شامل تعیین صلاحیت حرفه‌ای، کمک به دیده شده فریلنسرهای متخصص و توانمند و ارتقای مهارت‌های نرم‌افزاری و سخت‌افزاری فریلنسرها است.
به گفته او از خدمات قابل‌ارائه به مدرسان نیز می‌توان به محورهایی چون کمک به دیده شده افراد توانمند، ارتقا سطح مهارت‌های نرم و سخت آنها، تعیین صلاحیت حرفه‌ای مربیان، فضای کار اشتراکی، استودیو تولید محتوا، تأمین زیرساخت‌های کلاس حضوری و غیرحضوری اشاره کرد.
دادخواه همچنین به خدمات ارائه شده به کارفرمایان اشاره کرد و گفت: آشنایی با فریلنسرها و نحوه کارکردن با آنها، دسترسی به متخصصان در حوزه‌های مختلف، امکان تبادل نظر و گفتگو در حوزه‌های مختلف نیز خدماتی است که به کارفرمایان ارائه می‌شود.
سرپرست بنیاد توسعه کسب‌وکار خاطرنشان کرد: از دیگر ظرفیت‌های این مجموعه ایجاد اولین شبکه اجتماعی فریلنسری ایران است که همه افراد فعال در زیست‌بوم فریلنسری کشور می‌توانند در این بستر حضور فعال داشته باشند.
