به گزارش پایگاه اطلاع رسانی مرکز ملی فضای مجازی، دستورالعمل ساماندهی واگذاری شناسه ارتباطی، با هدف کاهش موارد سوء استفاده از شناسه‌های ارتباطی و تسهیل پیگیری جرایم و کلاهبرداری‌های صورت گرفته از این طریق، به خصوص در حوزه سکوها و کسب‌وکارهای خصوصی ابلاغ شد.
مطابق این دستورالعمل، هر گونه واگذاری شناسه ارتباطی، بدون طی مراحل قانونی از جمله فرآیند احراز هویت به منظور جلوگیری از سوء استفاده از شماره‌های مردم، غیرمجاز تلقی شده و منجر به محدودسازی ارائه خدمات فضای مجازی به فرد واگذارنده غیرمجاز خواهد شد.
براساس این دستورالعمل، ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات فضای مجازی گزارش‌های مرتبط را در اختیار پلیس فضای تولید و تبادل اطلاعات فرماندهی کل انتظامی کشور (فتا) قرار خواهند داد تا در صورت احراز تخلف، محدودیت‌های ضروری بازدارنده در سبد خدمات ارتباطی متخلفین، اعمال شود.
همچنین دستورالعمل ساماندهی واگذاری شناسه ارتباطی، کارگروه تعامل‌پذیری دولت الکترونیکی را در خصوص دستگاه‌های اجرایی و پلیس فتا را در حوزه سکوها و کسب‌وکارها موظف به اعلام ضوابط اجرایی مرتبط با این فرآیند کرده است.
گفتنی است؛ این دستورالعمل که در کمیسیون عالی تنظیم مقررات فضای مجازی کشور به تصویب رسیده در راستای اجرای بندهایی از سند نظام هویت معتبر در فضای مجازی مصوب جلسه پنجاه و نهم شورای عالی فضای مجازی کشور توسط دکترسیدمحمد امین آقامیری دبیر شورای عالی و رئیس مرکز ملی فضای مجازی، جهت اجرا، ابلاغ شده است.
