به گزارش روابط عمومی سازمان فناوری اطلاعات ایران، دکتر محمد خوانساری یکپارچه سازی خدمات دولت و ارائه آن به مردم را مصداق گره گشایی از کار مردم دانست و تاکید کرد: انجام برنامه‌ریزی برای برداشتن موانع بر سر راه این مهم در سال جدید ضروری است.
معاون وزیر ارتباطات در دیداری که صبح دیروز با معاون، مدیران و کارکنان حوزه دولت الکترونیکی داشت، گفت: طی سال گذشته، دستگاه‌هایی که موفق به کسب توفیقاتی در زمینه ارائه خدمت به مردم شده‌اند و توانسته‌اند خدمات خود را با کیفیت هر چه بیشتر و بدون نیاز به مراجعه حضوری متقاضیان در اختیار آنها قرار دهند، از ظرفیت‌ها و توانمندی‌های مرکز ملی تبادل اطلاعات و به ویژه گذرگاه خدمات دولت (GSB) بهره برده‌اند.
در این دیدار که گزارش عملکرد و اهم اقدامات سال گذشته و پیش روی دولت الکترونیکی برای رئیس سازمان فناوری اطلاعات ایران تشریح شد، دکتر خوانساری برداشتن موانع و سدها برای فعالیت بخش خصوصی، کسب و کارها و به طور کلی هر کسی که اراده‌ی انجام اقدامی برای مردم را دارد، یک نکته کلیدی دانست و آن را گامی در راستای تحقق «جهش تولید با مشارکت مردم» قلمداد کرد.
وی ادامه داد: برنامه ریزی برای چگونگی پیشبرد این هدف از اولویت‌های هفته‌های آغازین سال جدید محسوب می‌شود.
رئیس سازمان فناوری اطلاعات ایران، با اشاره به اهمیت انجام دستورات رئیس جمهور بر تهیه پیوست رسانه‌ای برای آگاه سازی عموم مردم جامعه تاکید کرد و خواستار لحاظ نمودن پیوست رسانه‌ای، از این پس در سامانه‌ها و طرح‌های خدمات رسان سازمان فناوری اطلاعات شد.
هم‌چنین معاون وزیر ارتباطات، سامانه‌هایی نظیر پنجره واحد زمین و پنجره ملی خدمات دولت هوشمند را از جمله طرح‌هایی منحصر به فرد و مفیدی عنوان کرد که علاوه بر ارائه خدمت به مردم به دستگاه‌های دولتی و نهادهای اجرایی کشور نیز خدمت رسانی می‌کنند.
