به گزارش روابط عمومی پژوهشگاه ارتباطات و فناوری اطلاعات؛ داود رنجبر، مدیر گروه ارتباطات نوری پژوهشگاه ارتباطات وفناوری اطلاعات در ارتباطات با این خبر تشریح کرد: در حوزه شبکه های نوری به خصوص شبکه های دسترسی نوری (FTTx) سرمایه گذاری وسیعی در کشورهای دنیا به خصوص کشورهای همسایه جنوبی ما در رابطه با توسعه این شبکه ها انجام و یا درحال انجام می باشد. در کشورمان نیز به این امر اهتمام ویژه ای شده و در سطح حاکمیت و وزارت ارتباطات اولویت اول توسعه شبکه ثابت کشور می باشد که از سال ۱۴۰۱ بصورت عملیاتی کار اجرایی آن شروع شده و هدف آن واگذاری فیبر نوری به ۲۰ میلیون خانوار در کشور می باشد.
وی همچنین تصریح کرد: بر اساس این هدف وزارت ارتباطات و فناوری اطلاعات توسعه زیرساخت‌های ارتباطی فراگیر، پایدار، با کیفیت و پرسرعت پهن‌باند ثابت با تاکید بر توسعه فیبر نوری (FTTx) در الویت برنامه های خود دارد و پروژه توسعه آزمایشگاه انتقال نوری و همچنین توسعه آزمایشگاه مرجع تأیید نمونه سیستم‌های دسترسی نوری (FTTx) نیز در همین راستا تعریف شده است.
مدیر گروه ارتباطات نوری درباره جزئیات این پروژه خاطرنشان کرد: هدف اصلی از انجام این پروژه مشاوره به سازمان تنظیم مقررات در زمینه شناسایی فناوری های دسترسی نوری، بررسی اسناد بالادستی، بررسی فناوری های دسترسی قابل ارائه و تعیین الزامات آن ها در زمینه فنی، مقرراتی، حقوقی، اقتصادی وآینده نگری در خصوص شناسایی فناوری های جدید و روش های ارائه آن در کشور است.
رنجبر با اشاره به ظرفیت های موجود در آزمایشگاه انتقال و دسترسی نوری جایگاه آن ها در توسعه زیرساخت ارتباطی کشور، بیان کرد: آزمایشگاه‌های مرجع و تخصصی انتقال نوری و دسترسی نوری ابزاری برای انجام تایید نمونه محصولات مختلف و همچنین پژوهش‌های کاربردی این حوزه در کشور بوده که می‌توانند دستاوردهای قابل توجهی در شبکه ملی اطلاعات داشته باشند و براین اساس توسعه و ارتقاء این دو آزمایشگاه در گروه ارتباطات نوری پژوهشگاه درحال انجام می باشد. از دستاورد دیگر ارتقاء آزمايشگاه تأييد نمونه، علاوه بر امکان آزمون سيستم‌های وارداتی، بستری جهت بررسی و آزمون سیستم‌های ساخته شده توسط توليدكننده داخلی و ایده‌های جدید دانشگاه‌ها و شرکت‌های دانش بنیان را فراهم می‌کند. در برنامه ششم توسعه كشور مرتبط با وزارت ارتباطات و فناوری اطلاعات، در خصوص بومی‌سازی تجهیزات مخابراتی تاکید شده و ايجاد و توسعه آزمايشگاه‌های تأييد نمونه و تخصصی در این حوزه ضروری و مثمرثمر خواهد بود.
وی در پایان تأکید کرد: يكی از اهداف مصوب پژوهشگاه ارتباطات و فناوری اطلاعات راه‌اندازی و يا تكميل نظام‌مند آزمايشگاه‌های تحقيقاتی و مرجع است که طبق برنامه معاونت برنامه‌ریزی وزارت متبوع مقرر شده است که در راستای محور شبکه ملی اطلاعات توسعه آزمایشگاه سیستم‌های انتقال نوری در یک پروژه سه ساله صورت پذیرد.
