عصر ارتباط – معاون سازمان فناوری اطلاعات ایران گفت: سرشماره ۴۰۴۰ به اطلاع رسانی دستگاه‌های دولتی اختصاص یافته و طبق مصوبه شورای اجرایی فناوری اطلاعات، دستگاهها باید با این شماره به مردم پیامک ارسال کنند.
به گزارش خبرنگار مهر، بهنام ولی زاده در مراسم رونمایی از سامانه «پیام ایران» به عنوان بستر ارتباطی مکاتبات دستگاه‌های اجرایی با مردم که توسط سازمان فناوری اطلاعات ایران راه اندازی شده است، گفت: این سامانه جهت ارسال و دریافت الکترونیکی بدون واسطه اعلان ها و مکاتبات، همچنین پیامک و کد دستوری بین دستگاه‌های اجرایی و نهادهای عمومی از یک سو و اشخاص حقیقی و حقوقی از سوی دیگر ایجاد شده است.
وی با بیان اینکه بستر مکاتبات دولت با مردم از طریق ماژول های مختلفی مانند کارپوشه ملی ایرانیان، سرشماره پیامکی ۴۰۴۰ و کد دستوری ستاره ۴۰ روی سامانه پیام ایران فراهم شده است، گفت: این سامانه مطابق مستند قانونی جلسه ۱۶ شورای اجرای فناوری اطلاعات با هدف تبادل داده بین مردم و دستگاه‌های اجرایی پیاده سازی شده و دستگاهها ملزم هستند که تمامی پیام‌های خود را به مردم از طریق سرشماره ۴۰۴۰ ارسال کنند.
ولی زاده با تاکید بر اینکه سامانه پیام ایران به آدرس payam.iran.irبرای تمامی کاربران حقیقی، حقوقی و دستگاه‌های اجرایی به بهره برداری رسیده است، ادامه داد: کاربران از طریق مراجعه به وبگاه پیام ایران، کد دستوری «ستاره ۴۰ » و نیز درگاه کارپوشه می‌توانند با دستگاه‌های اجرایی مکاتبه کرده و خدمات دریافت کنند. حتی در حال اتصال API های پیام رسان های داخلی به این سامانه هستیم تا کاربران بتوانند مکاتبات خود با دستگاه‌های اجرایی را از این طریق دنبال کنند.
معاون دولت الکترونیکی سازمان فناوری اطلاعات با اشاره به اینکه در سال ۹۸ که این سامانه فعالیت اولیه خود را آغاز کرد، کارپوشه ملی ایرانیان حدود ۳۷۲ هزار کاربر فعال داشت و ۶۰۰ هزار تبادل بین ۴۶ دستگاه اجرایی با مردم به ثبت رسید، ادامه داد: اما در نیمه اول سال ۹۹ در این سامانه با ۵۵۰ هزار کاربر فعال، تعداد نامه‌های ارسالی میان دستگاه‌های دولتی و مردم به ۱۰ میلیون سند رسید و ۶۵ دستگاه از این طریق مکاتبه کردند. در همین حال مطابق با آخرین بررسی‌ها تا پایان سال ۹۹ این سامانه بیش از ۵۹۳ هزار کاربر فعال دارد و ۶۰ میلیون دیتا از طریق ۸۲ دستگاه اجرایی بین مردم و دولت جابجا می‌شود. تاکنون ۱۶.۵ میلیون پیامک نیز از طریق این سامانه به مردم ارسال شده است.
ولی زاده گفت: لیست دستگاه‌های متصل به سامانه پیام ایران و کد پیامکی آنها در وبگاه «پیام ایران» در دسترس است و هر کاربری که از دستگاه‌های دولتی پیامی دریافت می‌کند در صورتی که سرشماره این پیامک ۴۰۴۰ باشد، می‌تواند مطمئن باشد که این پیام جعلی نیست.
معاون سازمان فناوری اطلاعات در مورد نحوه استفاده از خدمات کارپوشه و صندوق پست الکترونیک نیز گفت: کاربران با ورود به درگاه سامانه پیام ایران می‌توانند برای استفاده از خدمات کارپوشه ثبت نام کرده و از قابلیت‌های این صندوق پست الکترونیکی استفاده کنند.
