به گزارش مهر به نقل از پژوهشگاه ارتباطات و فناوری اطلاعات؛ دکتر رضوی زاده، رئیس پژوهشگاه ارتباطات و فناوری اطلاعات در مراسمی که به مناسبت هفته بسیج و در حضور مسؤولان بسیج دانشجویی دانشگاه‌های کشور برگزار شد، از ظرفیت‌های پژوهشگاه جهت بهره برداری هر چه بیشتر نخبگان حوزه ICT به ویژه بسیجیان فعال در بخش تحقیقاتی و پژوهشی سخن گفت.
رضوی زاده در ابتدای سخنان خود در میان بسیجیان حوزه ارتباطات و فناوری اطلاعات کشور، اظهار کرد: درسی که امروز از ۸ سال دفاع مقدس می‌گیریم، درس دفاع از حق است؛ که امروز ما این موضوع را در مباحث علمی به عنوان الگو قرار داده ایم. وی افزود: برای اینکه بتوانیم در کشور قدرت دفاعی بالایی وجود داشته باشد باید در حوزه‌های مختلف به ویژه در حوزه ارتباطات و فناوری اطلاعات توان علمی بالایی داشته باشیم.
وی در ادامه گفت: خیلی از تکنولوژی‌های امروز تکنولوژی‌های ارتباطی است که نقش ICT در همه ابعاد جهان امروز به وضوح روشن است. امروز در برخی از کشورها شاهد هستیم که بیش از ۴۰ درصد اقتصاد آنها را اقتصاد دیجیتال تشکیل می‌دهد و این کشورها اقتصاد خود را بر پایه حوزه ارتباطات و فناوری اطلاعات گذاشته اند.
رئیس پژوهشگاه ارتباطات و فناوری اطلاعات در ادامه با اشاره به نقش پررنگ بسیج در کشور بیان کرد: امروز بسیج در کشور به عنوان یک بازوی دفاعی باید در تمام حوزه‌های علمی حرفی برای گفتن داشته باشد تا در کنار دفاع از محرومان در داخل کشور بتوانند قدرت بازدارندگی بالایی در خارج از کشور نیز در حوزه‌های مختلف علمی داشته باشند، که این موضوع در نتیجه به پیشرفت کشور منجر خواهد شد.
رضوی زاده همچنین به جایگاه مباحث علمی در حوزه ICT اشاره کرد و با معرفی کامل پژوهشگاه خاطرنشان کرد: در وزارت ارتباطات مباحث علمی جز موارد جدایی ناپذیر این حوزه است، در وزارت ارتباطات و فناوری اطلاعات ۱۰ زیر مجموعه وجود دارد که همه آنها بخش عملیاتی حوزه ICT را عهده دار هستند و تنها پژوهشگاه ارتباطات و فناوری اطلاعات است که بار علمی و پژوهشی این حوزه را به دوش می‌کشد؛ پژوهشگاهی که بزرگترین مرکز تحقیقی و پژوهشی در حوزه ICT کشور به حساب می‌آید.
وی همچنین در ادامه به نوع عملکرد پژوهشگاه ICT و نحوه همکاری با متخصصان و نخبگان درباره بررسی و ارائه راهکارهای تحقیقاتی جهت برطرف نمودن موانع در این حوزه اشاره کرد و گفت: پژوهشگاه ارتباطات و فناوری اطلاعات به عنوان یک هاب، تمام بازیگران بخش‌های مختلف جامعه از جمله صنعت، دانشگاهیان و دستگاه‌های دولتی را به یکدیگر متصل می‌کند تا بتواند بهترین راهکار را برای رفع مشکلات موجود در حوزه ICT ارائه دهد، که تاکنون در این راه موفق عمل کرده است.
رئیس پژوهشگاه ارتباطات در پایان با اشاره به ظرفیت‌های موجود در پژوهشگاه بیان کرد: در حال حاضر ۳۰ آزمایشگاه در پژوهشگاه در حوزه‌هایی همچون امنیت، فیبر نوری، هوش مصنوعی و فناوری اطلاعات وجود دارد که درب آنها بر روی تمام نخبگان کشور باز است و ما از آغاز همکاری با ظرفیت‌های مختلف کشور در حوزه ICT به ویژه بسیجیانی که در عرضه تحقیقاتی و پژوهشی فعالیت دارند، استقبال می‌کنیم.
