در این لحظه‌های نوآوری و پیشرفت، مقام ناظر بر توسعۀ یکی از شرکت‌های نوپا و بلندپرواز در حوزۀ فناوری مالی ایران هستم. این شرکت که همواره در صدد نوآوری در ابعاد جهانی بوده است، در ابتدا با چالش‌هایی روبه‌رو بود. از جملۀ این چالش‌ها، موانعی بود که به دلیل محدودیت‌های زبانی در تیم آنان ایجاد شده بود، از درک مقررات پیچیده مالی بین‌المللی گرفته تا برقراری ارتباط با شرکای جهانی و دسترسی به آخرین تحقیقات. طی جلسات با هیئت مدیرۀ این شرکت، آنان ضمن پذیرش نقش حیاتی زبان انگلیسی به عنوان زبان جهانی مالی و فناوری و سرمایه‌گذاری جهت بهبود مهارت‌های زبانی اعضای تیم شرکت، دریچه‌ای به سوی فرصت‌های بی‌شمار را به روی خود گشودند. این تغییر نگرش به یادگیری زبان دوم، شرکت را قادر ساخت تا یک پلتفرم فناوری مالی برجسته را توسعه دهد که برای کاربران سراسر جهان قابل استفاده است. آنان توانستند با نهادهای نظارتی بین‌المللی به طور مؤثرتری ارتباط برقرار کنند، به اجتماعات فناوری جهانی متصل شوند و به طیف وسیعی از منابع فنی و مالی دسترسی پیدا کنند. این موضوع، تأثیر عمیق تسلط به زبان انگلیسی در تسهیل نه تنها ارتباطات بلکه نوآوری و نفوذ بازار در عرصۀ اقتصاد جهانی را به نمایش می‌گذارد.
شاید برخی تصور کنند که یادگیری زبان دوم تنها برای سازمان‌ها یا صنایعی که به نحوی با تجارت بین‌الملل در ارتباط هستند، ضروری است. اما واقعیت این است که، یادگیری زبان دوم مزایای بی‌شماری برای همه فراهم می‌کند، از دسترسی به دانش و منابع جهانی گرفته تا تقویت نوآوری محلی و ارتقای دانش فنی. این تجربه به ما نشان داد که از طریق تعامل با دنیای وسیع‌تر، می‌توانیم نه تنها دانش فنی خود را گسترش دهیم بلکه با ایجاد پل‌های ارتباطی مستحکم‌تر، به یک جامعه جهانی متصل‌تر و واحدتر بپیوندیم. این رویکرد به ما امکان می‌دهد تا با اعتماد به نفس بیشتری به سمت افق‌های جدید حرکت کنیم، و برای رویارویی با چالش‌ها و بهره‌برداری از فرصت‌هایی که پیش روی ما قرار دارد.
